At Tenacity Volleyball Club, dedication meets results. Our athletes push limits, develop elite skills, and achieve recognition at the highest levels - from AVCA awards to collegiate commitments. The Tenacity Effect is more than wins on the court; it’s a culture of growth, perseverance, and success that lasts far beyond the club season.

Excellence doesn’t happen by chance, it’s built through discipline, growth, and relentless effort. This year, five Tenacity athletes earned AVCA All America and Phenom Watch List honors, placing them among the top players in the nation. Their success reflects not only their commitment, but also the culture of hard work and development that defines Tenacity Volleyball. RECRUITING

  • Tenacity Volleyball Club is committed to helping athletes reach the collegiate level. Our recruiting program guides players through every step, from building highlight footage to connecting with college coaches. Tenacity ensures that athletes have the tools, resources, and support to pursue their volleyball goals at NCAA, NAIA, or JUCO programs. We don’t just train players; we prepare them for success beyond high school.

  • At Tenacity, our recruiting program is led by Coach D’Nada Smith, the dedicated Recruiting Coordinator. Coach D’Nada meets monthly with players to review progress, maintains ongoing correspondence with athletes and college coaches, and ensures every player is on track to achieve their collegiate goals all at no extra cost. Tenacity is proud to have a 100% recruitment rate for players who want to play in college, demonstrating the effectiveness of our program and the dedication of our athletes. With this personalized guidance, Tenacity players have the support, resources, and connections they need to navigate the recruiting process with confidence.
