    No Handouts League is a competitive volleyball experience built for athletes who want real competition and the opportunity to prove themselves every time they step on the court. Designed around accountability, performance, and high-level match play, this league challenges players to compete with intensity, adapt quickly, and earn every opportunity. Whether competing in the Summer individual format or the Fall team format, athletes are pushed to show up, perform, and rise through competition. No politics. No shortcuts. No handouts.

    Summer (Individual Competition Format)

    Fall (Team Competition Format)

    Schedule: Thursdays | 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM

    Ages 14+

    Skill Level: Advanced / Competitive

    Cost: $175 per season

    FORMAT:

    High-level competitive match play

    League standings and/or rankings (season dependent)

    Structured weekly competition

    Individual or team-based league structure depending on season

    Guaranteed competitive reps each session
